(Senior) Technical Manager - Insurance

The Technical Manager will focus on insurance operation system revamp project, overseeing cloud and on-premise application design, managing offshore teams, ensuring system security and performance standards, while driving technical innovation in insurance operations and implementing enterprise-wide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design of on-premise and cloud-based applications for insurance operation system revamp project
  • Oversee offshore development teams and vendors
  • Ensure architecture and security standards compliance
  • Monitor project schedules and performance targets
  • Manage cross-platform integration and optimization
