This role is designed for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working collaboratively across diverse teams, and is passionate about driving meaningful organisational transformation. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future operating model, ensuring alignment with key objectives, and supporting high-performing teams through every stage of the change journey.

  • Operate across the full End to End Lean Delivery Lifecycle workstream to build and sustain high-performing teams capable of meeting the challenges of designing and deploying new target operating models.
  • Work proactively within and across multiple workstreams to ensure efficient handoffs and transitions that align with organisational objectives and key results (OKRs), securing buy-in from senior leaders and stakeholders with varying priorities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s IT technology vision and broader transformation programme, bringing external best practices to enhance processes, systems, and designs within your remit.
  • Manage the impacts of ongoing change by providing data-driven insights at stream level interactions to senior leaders, adding value to their strategic decision-making processes.
  • Anticipate potential blockages or impediments related to people, process, or technology within workstreams, collaborating closely with others to address these challenges sustainably.
  • Act as a role model for new ways of working by providing direct coaching and support on best practice approaches as needed throughout the transformation journey.
  • Facilitate effective communication between multicultural teams based in Hong Kong, ensuring all voices are heard and considered during periods of significant change.
  • Construct compelling presentation materials for senior stakeholder groups using PowerPoint, clearly articulating progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Champion agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Service Design to drive efficiency and adaptability within project delivery teams.
  • Maintain high levels of self-awareness and situational awareness while managing ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty inherent in large-scale transformation projects.

What you bring:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology coupled with at least 15 years’ relevant experience in large-scale programme management or strategic change delivery roles.
  • Proven track record (minimum 10 years) managing organisational transformation programmes or deploying target operating models within complex environments.
  • Extensive experience (at least 7 years) applying agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean or Service Design within project delivery settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration among multicultural teams based in Hong Kong; Chinese language skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders through well-constructed presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Strong capability to navigate ambiguity and respond positively to complexity or uncertainty while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  • High levels of self-awareness combined with situational awareness when engaging with diverse groups at all organisational levels.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to design innovative solutions tailored to unique business situations encountered during transformation projects.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills enabling you to build trust-based relationships from operational staff up to executive leadership.
  • Excellent time management abilities allowing you to manage competing priorities proactively within unpredictable environments.
