A financial institution seeks an End User Adoption Specialist to drive AI workflow adoption, self-service analytics, and workplace technology enablement through automation and Power BI expertise in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

As End User Adoption Specialist, you will drive digital transformation by developing automation solutions, Power BI insights, user training, and adoption strategies to enhance productivity and technology engagement.

  • Automation Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Copilot AI, and scripting tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Power BI Enablement: Develop, optimise, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models while empowering users through effective BI training and support
  • Change Management: Lead adoption initiatives by creating training programs, communication plans, and user engagement strategies to support successful digital transformation
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and integrate analytics-driven solutions into daily operations
  • Performance Tracking: Track adoption metrics, analyse user feedback, and continuously enhance automation and BI solutions to maximise business impact
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all automation and analytics initiatives align with organisational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring expertise in automation, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and AI-driven workflows, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hands-on expertise in automation tools, including Power Automate, PowerShell, VBA scripting, and Copilot AI integrations
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, data modelling, and analytics reporting
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Intune
  • Proven experience in workflow optimisation, enterprise process automation, and digital workplace transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in deploying automation solutions and driving user adoption of BI and workplace technologies
  • Excellent communication, training, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse user groups
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights and supporting large-scale organisational change programs
