A financial institution in Hong Kong seeks an IT Support Analyst to deliver remote and on-site technical support across hardware, software, and cloud systems to ensure smooth end-user operations.

Key responsibilities:

As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide technical support, manage IT assets, assist with incident resolution and projects, and ensure compliance with operational and procurement standards.

  • Technical Support Delivery: Provide remote and on-site support for hardware, software, email, and network issues
  • Incident Management: Work with Service Desk to analyse incidents, identify root causes, and drive resolutions
  • Device & Mobility Support: Support laptops, VMs, mobile devices, and manage corporate mobile billing
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate IT asset records including hardware, software, and licenses
  • Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding/offboarding by provisioning and retrieving IT equipment
  • Project Contribution: Support IT projects with technical input to ensure successful delivery
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to manage pricing, delivery, and service quality
  • Administrative & Procurement Support: Assist with IT admin tasks and procurement activities
  • Escalation & Compliance: Escalate complex issues to L2–L3 support and ensure adherence to IT risk and security policies

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring IT support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, familiarity with ServiceNow and Active Directory, and an eagerness to learn cloud and AI technologies.

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in IT or related discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT support or administrative roles, ideally in financial services
  • Strong technical skills in hardware, software, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and network support
  • Proficient in ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft AVD, O365, Intune, and AWS Workspace; knowledge of PowerShell and Mac OS
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills; AI (GenAI) exposure is a plus
