Experienced Business Analyst needed for a life insurer's digital platform project
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current workflows and systems to recommend improvements that align with project goals.
- Solution Design: Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate discussions between business users, executives, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing & Validation: Support testing phases by validating requirements and ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance/fintech/banking industries.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication in English and Cantonese
