Project Manager – Digital Platform (Life Insurance) ~60K

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Define scope, goals, timelines, and budgets while identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Execution & Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, track milestones, and ensure seamless communication across stakeholders.
• Budget & Resource Management: Optimize resources and control costs to meet financial constraints.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, business users, and IT teams to align project objectives with business needs.
• Change Management: Assess scope changes and develop strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.

Qualifications/Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. 6+ experience managing IT/digital projects in the insurance industry.
3. Strong communciaiton with Product Owner, business user, BA team , technical team and vendor for delivery
4. Strong vendor management skills
5. Agile project management experience; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
7. Proficent in both Chinese and English
