Our client, a leading enterprise company, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team for a flagship project. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, mapping system flows, and collaborating with technical teams and external vendors to implement an advanced monitoring solution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze and map out existing business processes and system workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of the monitoring solution.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to align project goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-level projects.
  • Familiarity with hybrid, Agile, and Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
  • Short notice will be a plus
