Business Analyst/Project Analyst - Transform (AI & Automate)

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to engage business stakeholders, understand their challenges, and propose innovative solutions

• Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping for digital platforms, automation, and AI-enabled solutions

• Support identification and assessment of AI / GenAI use cases focused on productivity improvement, workflow automation, and decision support

• Manage relationships with solution providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects

• Assist in project management tasks, including meeting coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met

• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to update stakeholders on project progress

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 2-5 years' project experience; prior exposure to insurance or banking industries is preferred

• Exposure to digital projects, system implementation, process improvement, automation, or AI-related initiatives

• Foundational understanding of AI / GenAI concepts and their application in business workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential for this role

• Availability on short notice will be considered a strong advantage
