Digital Project Manager

An enterprise client is looking for a results-driven Digital Project Manager to lead complex projects, ensuring they meet business needs while staying on budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, including mobile apps, platform upgrades, and backend integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and user requirements
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution within defined constraints
• Manage cross-functional teams, including vendors and offshore developers, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, quality standards, and organisational policies throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business users to ensure seamless collaboration

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; certifications like PMP or Agile Scrum Master are highly desirable
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management roles focused on digital application delivery
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple end-to-end implementations of mobile apps or digital platforms through go-live stages
• Hands-on experience in managing testing phases, system migrations, and production rollouts
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and build strong vendor relationship
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and data analytics tools is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
