Business Analyst (Consumer Banking, 29k)

A reputable financial institution in Hong Kong is hiring a Business Analyst to drive product development and system enhancements in a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will drive end-to-end product and system enhancements through requirements gathering, testing, documentation, training, and post-implementation support within a leading financial institution.

• Help to carry out product development life cycle activities to meet user requirement & expectation
• Conduct system development/enhancement testing
• Assist to prepare documentation including user requirement request, test plan, implementation plan, customer communication plan
• Post implementation support
• Preparation of training materials, MIS reporting and competitive analysis
• Assist problem investigation, solving & escalation

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong Business Analyst experience in financial services, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with clear documentation and effective testing delivery.

• Degree holder in relevant field
• 1-5 years’ Business Analytics experience in financial institution
• Experience on payment / wealth management / cash management system / loans system / security trading / insurance / FX
• Able to work independently and able to multitask and balance work in multiple areas simultaneously
• Occasional off office hour UAT testing is needed, compensation leave will be provided
