A leading organisation seeks IT Business Analysts / Project Managers to help deliver a greenfield cross-asset trading platform, translating complex business needs into technical execution while ensuring stability, scalability, security, and strong regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

As an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant trading platform.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of a new trading platform, from requirements gathering through post-go-live stabilisation
• Partner across multiple asset classes to support trading workflows, system architecture, and multi-entity reporting needs
• Define functional requirements and technical tickets, translating complex trading logic into actionable development tasks
• Ensure the platform meets scalability, security, and regional/global regulatory compliance standards
• Prepare project reports, regulatory documentation, and management presentations in English and Mandarin

Candidate profile:

To excel as an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager Trading System Delivery, you will bring extensive experience from investment banking or trading environments.

• VP Level: 10+ years’ experience leading greenfield initiatives within investment banking or trading environments
• AVP/Associate Level: 3–7 years’ experience implementing trading systems or conducting business analysis within financial services
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycles across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and associated regulatory frameworks
• Technical proficiency in system architecture concepts such as APIs and databases; ability to communicate effectively with developers
• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin (written & spoken) for drafting reports and engaging stakeholders confidently
