Business Analyst – System Mapping / Tech Risk / ITSecurity

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, map out existing business application system and interpret data to identify trends and insights related to technology risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
• Support the development of reports and presentations for stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Assist in implementing governance frameworks and controls to mitigate technology risks effectively.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working on system mapping, technology risk or governance-related projects.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Cantonese and English (spoken and written) for effective communication across diverse teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise technology functions; experience in data collection and analysis is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
