Trade Floor Support / Deskside Support - Banking

As a Technical Support for Trading Floors, you will provide technical support for trading floors, with expertise in performance monitoring, backup/recovery processes, and security administration for networks, systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support for Treasury & Markets trading floor desks.
• Monitor performance, ensure backup and recovery, and conduct security administration for network, systems, and databases
• Maintain and troubleshoot trading software
• Lead and train junior staff to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
• Act as a central coordinator between users and the IT department.
• Implement hardware/software changes and resolve technical issues.
• Support trading room operations and perform regular desktop/network/system management tasks.
• Assist in migration control, software management, and technical evaluation projects.
• Provide technical support to the application development team

Requirements:

• 3~5 years of technical support experience in banking sector
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between IT teams and users.
• Solid experience in performance monitoring, fault detection, backup/recovery, and security administration.
• Skillful in maintaining and troubleshooting trading software
• Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting complex trading software applications
• Leadership abilities and mentoring junior staff members
