What you'll do:

• Perform technical support to ensure project design and implementation meet specifications
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and stakeholders on monitoring solutions
• Review and utilize various monitoring metrics (e.g., dashboards) for performance tracking
• Liaise with external vendors and third-party consultants
• Monitor usage and performance of logging and monitoring platforms
• Align personal development with business goals and support departmental transformation

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with large-scale software development/maintenance, especially high throughput online transaction systems
• Expertise in end-to-end infrastructure, application, and data monitoring
• 2-3 years project management experience, familiar with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, equips with strong communication skills

Technical Capabilities:

• Knowledge of ITIL operations
• Experience with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Datadog)
• Experience with logging/collection solutions (Splunk)
• Data presentation tools (Splunk, Tableau)
