An exciting opportunity awaits a Data Analyst specialising in Data Quality and Analytics to leverage data analytics and enhance customer engagement, optimise processes, and drive impactful marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst (Data Quality and Analytics), you will play a pivotal role in driving customer-centric strategies through advanced analytics.

  • Standardise sales tracking, MIS reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to support business performance monitoring and KPI alignment
  • Design, develop, and automate reporting processes and analytical tools to enhance operational efficiency and performance visibility
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution, including business requirement gathering, campaign sizing, lead generation, A/B testing, call list generation, and performance tracking
  • Identify valuable data sources and collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to automate data collection and reporting processes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, customer campaigns, and digital automation programmes through analytical and market research insights
  • Provide data-driven recommendations while working closely with business units and data teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and reporting integrity

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring proven expertise in managing campaigns within financial services environments—preferably insurance or banking—and possess strong analytical skills to uncover trends from complex datasets.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with 2–3 years of experience in campaign management and lead generation, preferably within banking or insurance
  • Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, and SQL
  • Skilled in dashboard and data visualisation platforms including Power BI and Tableau
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
