Technical Presales Solution Consultant (AI)

A global AI technology company seeks a Technical Presales Solution Consultant to drive enterprise client engagement and deliver advanced Language AI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

As a Technical Presales Solution Consultant, you will bridge client needs with AI solutions through discovery, solution design, and impactful technical presentations.

• Lead presales discovery and client engagement to identify business challenges and uncover AI solution opportunities
• Develop and deliver high-quality RFI/RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely submission
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations, solution presentations, and AI use-case storytelling (remote and onsite)
• Provide deep insights into Language AI architecture, speech analytics, and technical solution design
• Drive solution development, demo creation, technical validation events, and cross-functional collaboration, while sharing knowledge and feedback with internal teams

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong presales experience, AI and cloud expertise, and the ability to engage enterprise clients with impactful technical solutions.

• 5–10 years’ technical presales / solution consulting experience supporting enterprise sales cycles across industries
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), telecom, cloud architecture, and AI technologies (NLP, speech analytics, Language AI)
• Familiarity with BFSI requirements and enterprise AI solutions such as Speech-to-Text, chatbots, voice bots, and Generative AI tools
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Cantonese; organised, collaborative, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
