Key responsibilities

  • Manage complex diary schedules across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate meetings and calls with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication
  • Organise detailed travel arrangements, including flights, visas, itineraries, and expense reimbursements
  • Support event coordination by managing venues, activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

Requirement

  • Proven experience as a team assistant within asset management or financial services is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for effective communication
