Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Our client is an multicultural listed co, actively looking for receptonsit.

Responsibilities

  • Handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering the phone, and providing excellent reception services to the visitors

  • Provide clerical and admin support to the Administration Department

  • Responsible for the meeting room and company vehicle booking and arrangement

  • Coordinate the environmental cleanliness in the reception area and meeting rooms

  • Perform stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock-keeping

  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above with 3 years or more relevant working experience in reception, administration or customer service in a sizeable conglomerate

  • Presentable, well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  • Immediately available is preferred
