Receptionist / Administration Assistant
Our client is an multicultural listed co, actively looking for receptonsit.
Responsibilities
-
Handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering the phone, and providing excellent reception services to the visitors
-
Provide clerical and admin support to the Administration Department
-
Responsible for the meeting room and company vehicle booking and arrangement
-
Coordinate the environmental cleanliness in the reception area and meeting rooms
-
Perform stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock-keeping
-
Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
-
HKCEE/ HKDSE or above with 3 years or more relevant working experience in reception, administration or customer service in a sizeable conglomerate
-
Presentable, well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
-
Immediately available is preferred
