An organisation in Hong Kong seeks an Executive Officer to support administrative and research functions, engage diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative, development-focused environment.

Key responsibilities:

As an Executive Officer, you will manage applications and records, coordinate stakeholders, support research, and deliver frontline service while contributing to process improvements.

  • Handling the administration of application, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing databases and records, supporting research and consultancy efforts
  • Providing assistance in research and consultancy work
  • Provide counter service to walk-in and pre-booked customers at service centre

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring administrative/customer service experience, strong analytical and data skills, multilingual ability, and a reliable, detail-oriented, collaborative approach.

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience
  • Degree holder or above
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, cooperative and able to work well in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
