職責: * 負責機場客運服務之日常運作,包括辦理登機、離境、抵港及票務等手續,並解答旅客查詢 * 協助旅客於登機及抵港閘口 * 經驗豐富者可晉升為客戶服務主任/高級客戶服務主任 入職要求: * 中五或以上學歷,中英文合格 * 流利英語、廣東話及普通話 * 良好客戶服務及溝通技巧 * 需輪班工作
