A leading organisation seeks a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead its Over-The-Counter (OTC) business. This critical leadership role will drive revenue growth, manage profitability, and expand market presence through strong distributor partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

As Senior Sales Manager – Over-The-Counter Business (FMCG/Consumer Healthcare), you will oversee P&L management, lead a dynamic sales team, and build strong distributor relationships to achieve sustainable growth.

  • Take full ownership of the P&L for the OTC Business, delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts and major distributors to maximise sales performance and long-term partnerships
  • Identify, develop, and expand new distribution channels to increase market coverage and penetration
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and annual operating plans aligned with overall business objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to recommend proactive actions
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and business success

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring proven expertise in senior sales leadership within the FMCG or consumer healthcare sectors.

  • Proven experience in a similar senior sales leadership role within the FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industry
  • Strong track record in managing distributors and building successful distributor networks
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and managing new distribution channels.
  • Solid experience in P&L management with clear accountability for top-line and bottom-line results
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading small to medium-sized sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning abilities
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin (preferred)
