Business Head (FMCG, based in Macao)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head to lead our FMCG label through its next stage of growth in Macau and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and proven success in channel sales, supply chain & logistics, and operations management. This role will steer end-to-end business ownership—from revenue generation to execution excellence.

Business Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a market-specific growth strategy aligned with brand objectives

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain

Foster a performance-driven, accountable, and entrepreneurial culture

Channel Sales & Market Expansion

Own the revenue P&L and deliver aggressive sales targets across all channels (HORECA, retail, distribution, e-commerce)

Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners

Drive field execution and optimize trade spend to maximize ROI

Supply Chain & Operations
-
Oversee supply planning, procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations to ensure availability and service excellence

Implement robust SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and cost control

Collaborate with regional supply chain leadership to maintain inventory and quality standards

Financial & Commercial Oversight

Monitor KPIs including sales performance, margin health, and cost controls

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews

Regulatory Compliance & Local Governance

Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, health and safety, and F&B regulations in Macau

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, supply chain, and operations, ideally within the F&B or consumer goods industry

Proven track record of building and scaling business units or brands in fast-moving environments

Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

Macao citizenship is a MUST

Fluency in Cantonese
