Assistant Manager, Sales & Distribution Support (Insurance)
This role supports insurance distribution channels, including agency, bancassurance, and FI partners, managing licensing, records, coordination, agent benefits, documentation, and process improvements to ensure efficient daily operations and streamlined workflows.
Key responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you will provide essential operational support across FI and Bancassurance channels, ensuring seamless workflows and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support for agency operations, including maintaining records, processing name card requests, preparing reference letters, and handling IRD-related correspondence
- Manage licensing and registration processes for representatives and bank staff
- Oversee agency administration, including records, correspondence, and documentation
- Handle enrolment and payment for agent and agency leader benefit programmes
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain agency materials, including manuals and presentations
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility in meeting evolving business needs
Candidate profile:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or the insurance industry
- Proven background in channel or agency administration and familiarity with benefits administration processes
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as Chinese for effective communication across diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for efficient document preparation and data management
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork
