Sales Manager (Sanitary Ware)
Our client is an established company specializing in premiun interior fit out solutions and smart home living technolog. They are currently seeking a high-caliber commercial leader to drive business growth, optimize channel partner performance, and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Commercial & P&L Stewardship: Full accountability for driving regional topline revenue and bottom-line profitability. Formulate corporate strategies, manage commercial budgets, and implement robust sales forecasting models to ensure strict alignment with financial and volume targets.

Strategic Channel & Partner Alliances: Manage and cultivate high-level relationships with key accounts and regional distributors. Serve as the primary corporate liaison to ensure distributor alignment with brand standards, evaluate partner performance, and deliver comprehensive periodic business reviews.

Go-to-Market (GTM) & Regional Expansion: Spearhead the execution of launch strategies for new product portfolios across assigned SEA markets. Identify untapped market opportunities and implement localized growth strategies to enhance brand visibility and capture market share in high-growth developing territories.

Product Lifecycle & Supply Integration: Collaborate deeply with internal supply chain and operations teams to align demand planning with sales forecasts. Oversee inventory health, coordinate product launch timelines, and mitigate supply risks to support commercial momentum.

Cross-Functional & Marketing Synergy: Partner with Channel Marketing teams to deploy cohesive trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Synthesize local market intelligence, competitor activities, and consumer insights into actionable reports for executive decision-making.

Client Service Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of operational support and service delivery for regional partners, promptly resolving complex commercial or logistical bottlenecks to safeguard partner relationships.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.

Proven track record in regional sales management, channel distribution, or business development within the Consumer Durables, Building Materials, Smart Home Living, or Premium Lifestyle sectors.

Strong familiarity with managing distributor networks and key accounts

Excellent financial acumen with experience managing forecasting, inventory optimization, and regional P&L structures.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a native ability to influence internal stakeholders and external commercial partners.
