Associate Sales Manager - Ecommerce Logistics
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Associate Sales Manager specialising in ecommerce logistics to source new clients across Hong Kong and China through multiple channels, identifying market opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends to guide effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities:
As an Associate Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across Hong Kong and China by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through strategic business development initiatives
- Identify and penetrate new business opportunities across Hong Kong and China markets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships through consultative engagement
- Leverage existing customer networks and independently develop new clients and projects
- Lead and coordinate large-scale project launches and regional customer initiatives with overseas offices
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support sales forecasting and strategy planning
- Conduct market research and prepare analytical reports for management review; experience in logistics and platforms such as AliExpress, Shein, Temu, or TikTok Shop is advantageous
Candidate profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have proven expertise in cross-border logistics sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the Hong Kong and China markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of cross-border logistics sales experience
- Strong understanding of China markets and business culture
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of driving sales performance
- Self-motivated, target-driven, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Willingness to travel frequently between Hong Kong and China
