Representing one of the most reputable FMCG brands in HK whereby they are now in search of a Head of Sales, based in Hong Kong.

They will be responsible for leading the commercial agenda across the local market, driving sustainable growth and strengthening customer partnerships across all major trade channels. This role will oversee sales execution, distributor management, and team leadership in a mature and competitive FMCG beverage environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall sales strategy and execution for Hong Kong & Macau
  • Manage and develop a field sales organisation, ensuring strong performance culture and execution excellence
  • Oversee and strengthen distributor partnerships, driving coverage, compliance, and route‑to‑market effectiveness
  • Own relationships with key customers across:
    1. Key Accounts
    2. Modern Trade
    3. General Trade
    4. On‑Trade
    5. Special / Emerging Channels
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure commercial governance, internal reporting, and policy compliance
  • Represent the business locally with external stakeholders as required

Candidate profile:

  • 15 years’ experience in FMCG Beverage
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong FMG Food & Beverage trade landscape
  • Proven experience managing:
    1. Distributors
    2. Key Accounts
    3. Modern Trade
  • Demonstrated people leadership within a field sales environment
  • Hands‑on, execution‑focused, and commercially astute
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
