Asisstant Project Manager (PMO, In-house)
Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager for the PMO team to assist on the planning & execution of the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and implement project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Conduct regular impact assessments to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders to drive synergy and enhance project efficiency.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and report on project status to senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 5 years' experience in project management, regardless sectors & trades
- PMP qualification is a plus
- In-house project management experience is strongly desired
- Hands-on project management involvement, from planning, execution, to reviewing
- Good command of English & Cantonese
