Asisstant Project Manager (PMO, In-house)

Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager for the PMO team to assist on the planning & execution of the projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop and implement project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Conduct regular impact assessments to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders to drive synergy and enhance project efficiency.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and report on project status to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in project management, regardless sectors & trades
  • PMP qualification is a plus
  • In-house project management experience is strongly desired
  • Hands-on project management involvement, from planning, execution, to reviewing
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
