A leading organisation is seeking an Associate Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, optimise inventory and warehouse management, and drive operational excellence across a dynamic retail network.

Key responsibilities:

You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across vendors, distribution centres, and retail stores while driving operational efficiency, inventory optimisation, and logistics performance improvement.

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across vendors, distribution centres, and retail stores to ensure efficient product flow and inventory availability
  • Develop demand planning and inventory management strategies aligned with business objectives and operational requirements
  • Manage warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices in storage, handling, and distribution
  • Partner with third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts, monitor service performance, and ensure timely product delivery
  • Leverage data analytics and KPI reporting to drive process improvements, optimise workflows, and support strategic decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across procurement, sales, finance, and logistics teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support regulatory compliance and the implementation of supply chain technologies and automation initiatives to enhance transparency and operational performance

Candidate profile:

You will bring extensive experience in supply chain management within retail, FMCG, cosmetics, or travel retail environments, combined with strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within retail, FMCG, or travel retail environments, including vendor management and store replenishment
  • Strong expertise in demand planning, supply forecasting, and inventory control to maintain optimal stock availability and minimise excess inventory
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse and distribution centre operations, with knowledge of storage, handling, and dispatch best practices
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in using data analytics and reporting tools to drive process improvements and support operational decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across procurement, finance, sales, and logistics teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, supply chain technologies, process automation, and operational reporting within fast-paced supply chain environments
