Associate Sales Director - HNW/Business Development
A global organisation seeks an Associate Sales Director – High Net Worth (HNW) to drive data-led commercial insights for luxury clients within its Wealth & Financial Services practice.
Key responsibilities:
As Associate Sales Director, you will drive growth by translating affluent-consumer insights into strategic solutions for financial institutions while building senior client relationships.
Pre-sales & upsell
- Partner with senior Directors to identify opportunities, shape winning proposals, and develop ROI-driven business cases
- Build compelling, insight-led narratives that translate complex data into clear commercial value for clients
- Represent the organisation in client engagements and industry forums, establishing thought leadership in consumer and financial insights
- Drive subscription growth by expanding client adoption of data-driven insights and advisory solutions.
Post-sales delivery
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through engaging storytelling, workshops, and strategic roadmaps
- Lead client workshops and training sessions to embed recommendations across marketing, CRM, and product teams
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery—on time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction (NPS)
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring strong consulting or analytics expertise, proven success with financial services clients, and the ability to turn complex data into compelling insights that drive results and client trust.
- 8+ years in consulting, insights, analytics, or solution engineering, ideally within financial services
- Strong consultative, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in hitting targets and managing C-suite relationships
- Confident speaker, open to regional travel (EMEA & APAC) for conferences and workshops
- Collaborative mindset, partnering across teams
