Associate, Office of the Head of Global Markets Division

The successful candidate will support the day to day management of the Global Markets office, ensuring effective execution of key meetings, executive committees, management off-sites, and other events, supporting senior leadership decision making. Candidates will facilitate communications at leadership level, bringing finesse, confidence, and discretion to the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and appropriate communications at leadership level
• Support management deliveries
• Compose scripts for Global Markets team in collaboration with Corporate Communications
• Work with Strategy teams on broader firm-wide initiatives

Key Requirements

• 4+ years in Communications, Corporate Strategy, or Public Policy role
• 3+ years in Financial Services, Media, or Consulting
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple evolving priorities
• Strong written ability, confident handling sensitive information
• Interest in wider Capital Markets industry, including key trends and market dynamics
• Languages: English and Cantonese/Mandarin preferred
