To provide legal support services to partners, counsels, and attorneys on corporate client matter files, including listings, corporate finance transactions, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research in corporate matters, including listings, corporate finance transactions, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • To conduct due diligence and verification of documents.
  • Provide assistance for pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities, including coordinating closing logistics, preparing closing memorandum, organizing closing documents, arranging conference room facilities, managing filings, stock and wire transfers, and assisting with document execution and conformance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Law degree holder.
  • Relevant experience in a law or professional services firm.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience at international law firms will also be considered.
  • Excellent computer skills and typing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Proactive personality, positive and flexible. Eager to learn and take on new things.
  • Good attention to detail, ability to multi-task and common sense.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
