Regional Senior TA Specialist | MNC
A leading multinational organisation seeks a Regional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Hong Kong to drive APAC hiring strategies, partner with stakeholders, and deliver inclusive, high-impact recruitment across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities:
As a Regional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end APAC recruitment, partner with stakeholders, and drive sourcing, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC for multiple functions and regional roles
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define needs and deliver effective hiring strategies
- Conduct talent market research and provide region-specific insights to support workforce planning
- Design and execute creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies, including digital platforms, referrals, market mapping, and AI tools, while building talent pipelines
- Support employer branding, monitor market trends, ensure compliant processes, and contribute to APAC-wide TA projects and improvements
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring solid APAC recruitment experience, strong ATS (Workday) and compliance knowledge, expertise in digital sourcing and stakeholder engagement, and strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with solid full-cycle recruiting background in regional or global organisations
- Strong ATS/HR systems knowledge (Workday preferred) with understanding of local employment laws and recruitment compliance
- Experience in digital, social, and AI-driven sourcing with strong stakeholder management and consultative approach
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin with high professionalism, discretion, and willingness to work onsite in Hong Kong
