A regional organisation seeks a Regional Assistant HR Manager (HRIS & C&B) in Hong Kong to partner with global HR, IT and vendors, driving system enhancements, data integrity and compensation operations across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities:

As Regional Assistant HR Manager (HRIS & C&B), you will manage compensation processes and HR systems across markets, partnering with HR, IT and vendors to run pay cycles, enhance HRIS, and ensure data integrity.

Regional C&B Operations Support

  • Oversee regional Compensation & Benefits operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution across markets
  • Support annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, bonus payouts, and promotion processes
  • Coordinate pay structures, job grading, and benchmarking in collaboration with regional and global C&B teams
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefit requirements

HR Systems Management & Enhancement

  • Act as key steward of in-house HR systems and applications, ensuring stable operations and continuous optimisation
  • Drive system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience for regional and global HR teams
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to deliver system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance
  • Translate business and HR requirements into clear system specifications and ensure accurate system configuration

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring regional HR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven ability to support HRIS and compensation processes while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations, HRIS, C&B systems, or regional HR support
  • Experience in HR system administration, enhancement, or implementation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to manage multiple priorities across regional teams
