HR generalist (Payroll focused/ 6-month contract with bonus)
A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking a Human Resources Generalist with strong payroll expertise to join on a 6-month contract with a completion bonus.

Key responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Generalist – Payroll Focused, you will be responsible for delivering accurate end-to-end payroll processing and supporting core HR administration functions in compliance with local regulations.
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll for Hong Kong employees accurately and on schedule
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and promotions
- To provide support in payroll, MPF and medical enrolment
- To maintain and update personnel files, leave records and attendance records accurately
- To ensure all procedures comply with the Employment Ordinance, Company policies and Employee Handbook procedures
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate brings solid HR experience with strong payroll processing knowledge, combined with accuracy, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 year of all-round experience in human resources - Payroll / All-rounded
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related HR related regulations in Hong Kong
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Mature, detail-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
