HR Officer | 30K
A retail organisation seeks a Human Resources Officer to manage end-to-end HR operations and enhance employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
As HR Officer, you will take ownership of full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including postings, interviews, offers, and inductions
- Maintain HR systems and employee records; handle lifecycle changes and reporting
- Support payroll and benefits administration; respond to employee enquiries
- Coordinate performance reviews and training programmes with proper documentation
- Serve as first HR contact, ensure compliance, and support HR projects and process improvements
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring solid HR experience across recruitment and payroll, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, HRIS proficiency, and sound knowledge of employment regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years’ HR generalist experience across recruitment, administration, and payroll support
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and local employment legislation
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and a strong sense of confidentiality
