A leading multinational organisation seeks a Human Resources Executive (HR Business Partner) in Hong Kong to drive people strategies working closely with business leaders and employees, offering strong HRBP exposure for junior HR Generalists.

Key responsibilities:

As a HR Executive (HRBP), you will deliver end-to-end HR business partnering support, driving talent management, employee engagement, and data-driven HR initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to deliver HR solutions across recruitment, staff retention, C&B, performance management, L&D, employee relations, and workplace safety
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, improve workforce planning, and support strategic decision-making
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including focus groups and feedback programmes, translating insights into action
  • Advise managers on HR policies, people management, and organisational development strategies
  • Support HR operations, employee enquiries, and key HR projects to enhance overall employee experience

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring solid HR business partnering experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving people-focused outcomes.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ solid HR experience in medium to large organisations
  • Proficient in HR systems, AI tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication (fluency in English and Chinese – Cantonese/Mandarin), and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a strong focus on continuous improvement
