Senior HR Officer | 40K

A leading manufacturing and logistics group is seeking a Senior HR Officer in Hong Kong to oversee and support comprehensive HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Manage workplace injury cases and coordinate insurance claims.

• Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with local labor regulations.

• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.

• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.

• Act as the primary HR contact for both local staff and foreign stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or related industries.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage daily HR operations.

• Solid experience in handling workplace injury cases and insurance matters.

• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and HR compliance.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Candidates with overseas study or international exposure will be considered an advantage.
