Our client, a leading Web3 company with a global team is seeking a highly motivated and organised HR Generalist to join their team. The successful candidate will support the HR Manager on coordinating recruitment processes, managing onboarding for new hires, administering payroll and benefits, and contributing to smooth HR operations through project support.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Administer monthly payroll, MPF and tax filing.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrolment and address any related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
  • Project Support: Assist with HR projects, collaborate with teams, and contribute to a smooth HR operation.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labour laws.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
