A leading multi-international organisation seeks a Senior Vice President to spearhead Asia-Pacific expansion from Hong Kong, driving regional growth, revenue growth, and operational excellence across all business functions.

Key responsibilities:

As SVP, you will lead Asia operations, drive growth, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and align global and local strategy.

  • Lead and drive the primary growth strategy for the Asia market. Proactively identify and lead new business development opportunities to scale the brand’s footprint and market share
  • Manage overall businesses in Asia including Finance, HR, compliance, procurement, business development, marketing, product development, project management, and etc
  • Take full ownership of the regional P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth and ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
  • Represent the company’s values and vision to key stakeholders, high-level partners, and the external to enhance market image
  • Leverage and adapt global best practices, standards, and policies to ensure regional operations remain consistent with the brand’s international excellence
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of products and services, ensuring they meet our exacting standards for quality and client satisfaction
  • Act as the key regional liaison to the Global stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns regional execution with global innovation

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring Asia-Pacific leadership experience, a track record in growth and scaling, strong stakeholder skills, regulatory knowledge, and a collaborative leadership style.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum of 20 years’ professional experience, with at least 3–5 years’ high-level General Management or Executive leadership capacity
  • Mandatory experience managing the APAC region, demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse Asian markets and regulatory environments
  • A proven track record of successfully scaling businesses across multiple locations and complex geographical footprints
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders and lead high-performing, diverse teams
  • A decisive leader with the emotional intelligence to hit critical milestones and maintain operational excellence in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is essential. Proficiency in additional Asian languages (e.g., Japanese or Korean) is highly preferred
