Trade Support (9-month MAT cover | June start)

A European investment is looking for a candidate to join their Equities Middle Office team to provide operational support to the Hong Kong-based Equities trading desk.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurate trade booking and reconciliation of equity derivative products
• Timely capture of transactions in Risk Management Systems
• Clear communication with support teams for query resolution
• Collaboration with front office, back office, and IT functions
• Flexibility in shift timings to support trading desk operations during early hours or post market close

Candidate profile:

• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives and front-to-back operations processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to complex systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organisational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a high-pressure environment
• Positive attitude with solid business acumen and professionalism
