Trade Operations – Associate (Contract)

Successful candidate will assist the Pricing Cash Management Services team with all trade operation activities, including monitoring of transactions, settlements, custody and money position; resolve failed trades. and all other activities within the department. Candidates will also need to be well-versed in trade life cycle management.

Duties:

• Monitor daily trade activities in market-specific manner, including delivery, confirmation and settlement.
• Timely communicate issues internally with Trading Desks, Broker, Custodian Banks, and other business partners and provide resolution to the problems.
• Assist to optimise department procedures and policies.

Requirement:

• 1-3 years in financial services experience, exposure to Custody Operations and/or Trade Life Cycle management are highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge in different asset class and products, market industry practices and tools are strongly preferred.
