Insurance - Innovation & Market Analyst (55k)

The role under C-level will support the development and implementation of the business strategic initiatives by various market research & analysis

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic and Financial Planning

   • Oversee the coordination of annual business strategy and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

2. Strategic Collaboration and Initiative Management

   • Work closely with department heads to shape mid- to long-term strategic goals.
   • Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic initiatives and enable organizational transformation.

3. Innovation and Growth Opportunities

   • Spearhead the identification, assessment, and development of innovative business growth opportunities.
   • Align initiatives with the company's long-term vision, focusing on Insurance/Investment/Wealth (IIW) solutions and risk management.
   • Facilitate business model evaluation, project initiation, and incubation of new ideas.

4. Market and Competitor Insights

   • Deliver data-driven insights and market analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure competitiveness.

5. Wealth-Tech Development

   • Lead the definition and execution of the company’s Wealth-Tech capabilities, aligning with broader business objectives.

6. Marketing and Engagement Strategies

   • Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies and lead key go-to-market initiatives to strengthen the company’s value proposition.
   • Enhance engagement with key business partners and stakeholders.

7. Shareholder Communications

   • Manage regular reporting to shareholders, ensuring transparency on strategic priorities and execution progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: At least 6 years of demonstrated success in IT/insurance product innovation, investment, project management, and strategic planning.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with financial products and risk management across various sectors of the financial industry.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in preparing and delivering high-quality management reports and presentations.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
