Leasing Manager

A leading property developer in Hong Kong seeks multiple openings from officer to manager levels, this role offers clear career progression and exposure to high-profile projects.

Key responsibilities:

As a Retail Leasing Officer or Manager, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the leasing process for large-scale retail developments.

• Assist in all leasing matters and administration works of HK projects
• Assist in handling new lettings and renewal cases including tenancy agreement, license, preparation of budget plan, reports and relevant legal documents
• Carry out marketing works including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc.
• Handle all enquiries of leasing

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring proven experience in retail leasing—preferably with large-scale developers—and strong interpersonal skills that foster long-term client relationships.

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
• With relevant experience in retail leasing, large scale developers is preferred
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
