As Leasing Manager to Director – Office Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping office leasing strategies for corporate occupiers and landlords throughout Hong Kong.

• Provide strategic office leasing advisory to corporate occupiers and landlords, covering relocations, expansions, renewals, and portfolio optimisation
• Drive the full lifecycle of leasing transactions from business development through negotiation and deal execution
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to prepare compelling proposals and reports that inform client decisions
• Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and industry stakeholders to foster trust and long-term cooperation

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in office leasing or related fields such as tenant representation or landlord advisory.

• 5–10+ years’ experience in office leasing, tenant representation, or landlord advisory
• Strong client network and proven transaction track record in the Hong Kong office market
• Commercially driven with proven ability to lead complex leasing deals independently
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and business development capabilities
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
