Leasing Officer to Manager (Office Portfolio)

A top-tier developer in Hong Kong seeks a junior to middle level Leasing Officers for their office portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

As Leasing Officer, you will manage leasing, tenant relations, fit-outs, and property operations while driving partnerships, sustainability, and excellent tenant service.

• Building and maintaining relationships with tenants
• Engaging with potential and current clients for new leases, renewals, and rent adjustments, while preparing relevant documentation
• Managing tenant fit-out projects and overseeing budget compliance
• Supporting the daily operations, maintenance, and enhancement of properties in the portfolio

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring extensive leasing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

• A university graduate, with professional credentials in General Practice Surveying from HKIS or RICS is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in leasing and property management
• Developing business networks and cultivating strong relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies, and partners
• Speak fluent English, non-local candidates will also be considered
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service
• Knowledge of sustainability and digitisation is a plus
