Leasing Manager (Tenant Side)

A leading retail brand seeks a results-driven Leasing Manager to lead multi-unit expansion in Hong Kong & Macau by identifying, negotiating, and securing prime retail locations.

Key responsibilities:

As Leasing Manager, you will drive Hong Kong & Macau retail growth by identifying sites, negotiating leases, and optimising store performance.

• Identify and evaluate new retail site opportunities in Hong Kong & Macau through market research, site visits, and demographic analysis
• Monitor store performance and recommend lease renewals, extensions, relocations, or closures to optimise the portfolio
• Support and coordinate lease negotiations, documentation, renewals, and expiry management with landlords and brokers
• Conduct rent-to-sales analyses, prepare reports, and maintain lease records, rental schedules, and market intelligence databases
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Construction teams, providing administrative support and reporting to the General Manager

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring expertise in retail leasing, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive store rollouts and portfolio optimisation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail leasing, real estate, or property management with proven success in site acquisition, lease negotiation, and portfolio management
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and retail trends
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and project management abilities
• Proficiency in real estate management systems and Microsoft Office; immediate availability preferred
