A well-known sizable developer company seeks mid-career professionals for a Management Executive Programme in Hong Kong offering rotational exposure across Hong Kong and China property portfolios, mentorship, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities:

As part of the programme, you will rotate across Hong Kong and China property portfolios, gaining experience in retail and office leasing, marketing, centre operations, and tenant services, with structured development toward management roles.

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring years of experience in property or asset management, strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability, collaborative spirit, and a passion for growth across Hong Kong and China portfolios.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3–5 years’ experience in retail/office leasing or asset management, preferably in sizable organisations
• Proven ability to support senior management with business proposals, reports, and decision-making
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in the property and asset management industry
• Resourceful, proactive, adaptable, with strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills, demonstrating leadership potential and business acumen
• Willingness to travel to China; high proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua (spoken and written)
