Senior Leasing Officer (Industrial & Car Park)

My client is a top-tier developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a potential leasing candidate for their industrial and car park portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Lease negotiation and conclusion of new lettings / renewals/ rent review, and sustaining good relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies, and business partners
• Handling leasing and tenancy administration independently for the assigned industrial and carpark portfolio
• Providing quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration
• Handling and coordination on renovation and fit-out works, takeover/handover of premises, and all the related tenancy matters
• Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation
• Carrying out marketing works including cold calling, marketing research, rental proposal, etc.
• Liaise and correlate leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
• Performing ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• Junior to Manager Level Openings, depends on experience
• Experience in leasing or related role in real estate industry
• Working experience in top-tier developers will be a plus
• Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
• Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
