Sales Manager/SM - guarding/ security services

My client is a security company. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager to Head of Sales role for expanding guarding service.

As the Sales Manager for our Guarding Services division, you will help driving new business development, building client relationships, and expanding our market share. Your expertise in security services will help us identify opportunities and offer tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the guarding services sector through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Hong Kong.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their security needs and providing customized solutions.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our guarding services and generate leads.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Security Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the security or guarding services industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong security market and its unique challenges.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
