Senior Purchasing Officer (Aviation/ 35-45K)

Our client is looking for an Senior Purchasing Officer to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure optimal material availability and minimise delays.
• Lead and supervise a team of Material Management Executives in monitoring and controlling aircraft spares inventory levels.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to address spares shortages and implement corrective actions.
• Provide strategic recommendations for parts provisioning to prevent future shortages.
• Oversee team compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements
• Provide alternative solutions when needed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent.
• 4-10 years experience in aircraft spares and AOG sourcing process.
• Solid experience and knowlege in supply chain / aircraft maintenance / purchasing/ procurement.
• Able to build strong relationship with internal and external parties.
• Excellent command of written English.
